Tips for weight loss
After giving birth to my first child I turned to comfort eating and have gained quite a bit of weight. While my son sleeps during the day I sit in front of the TV eating junk food. While he's awake I'm investing every second of my time into make sure he's looked after and entertained, because of this I haven't been exercising. I've become uncomfortable in my own skin and need to do something about it. Does anyone have any advice?
